  I had a shipment leave from Gisborne Nz to Brisbane Au. The whole process was simple and stress free! The workers on both ends were helpful and friendly. My shipment arrived perfectly. Would highly recommend! A++

  Terrible service, they promised us it will arrive within 8 weeks so we decide to move lots of stuff for our baby due to be born about 10 weeks later, but after 9 weeks they still said they will arrange a date for us and can't give a date. It means that we have to buy all the new things for the baby and wasted the money to move the old stuff. Their sales person told us 6-8 weeks, and now they are just kicking the ball, I called their Australia company and they told us because I was told 6-8 weeks so I should call their New Zealand company, and when I call their New Zealand company they told us the file is no longer belongs to them and I should call their AU company... Before they charge the money they promised everything but after they charged your money what you got is just the terrible customer service.

  I've been relocated by Crown 3 times now, from the UK to Australia, and within Australia twice. Their overall service and communications has been superb, and I would recommend them highly. Their experience clearly shows.

  Crown moved our heirloom furniture and pictures to Brisbane from Warkworth NZ and did a fantastic job. Super impressed with the help and professionalism of everyone concerned.
