  This place completely surpassed our expectations! The owner of the business picked us up in his own car from the airport so we wouldn't have to wait for the next shuttle bus. We went from the Tarmac to getting on the road in under an hour! The car was cheap, basic and just what we needed. Returning it was just as quick, easy and painless. All the staff we encountered were so friendly. I'll definitely rent a car from these guys next time I'm in Brisbane!

  One of the types was flat in the second day of my holiday. I had to ring RACQ because nobody answered the phone from this car rental company for hours during the day, and finally I was told by the car rental company I had to pay the call out fee and fix tyre fee on my own cost. So I drove the car to the cloest garage (goodyear autocare) and the manager there told me that none of the types were roadworthy and all the types had to be changed. The boss from this rental car company threatened me on the phone and required me to drive this dangerous car to his appointed garage (southport budget). He said he wouldn't do anything for me unless I drive the car to his appointed garage and I was wasting my time in my holiday.

  The check in was the quickest and easist I've ever experienced, less than five minutes. It was simply walk in , sign a form and get the keys and go - fantastic! The car was a slightly older model and basic but went well with no issues and served us perfectly as we explored around Brisbane and surrounds. The car return was also simple and quick and only a short courtesy bus ride from the airport terminal. Will definately use this car hire company again and will recommend to others.

  Absolutely fantastic. I think this is the first review I've ever written, so that says something! When I rent a car, it's usually in the back of my mind that it might turn out to be a bad experience when it comes time to return. I've heard the stories and read the horror reviews! I needn't have worried. Staff here were super friendly, helpful and fair. They acted with integrity. These are all things that I appreciate. I won't hesitate to use them again and will recommend to friends and family.

  Very happy with our car rental in early april 2017, we rented a car for a week. The cost was considerably cheaper than the main companies, even with a high level of insurance cover which we added.

  Great rates and great people to deal with! Pick up was simple, Deidre made it quick and easy. Drop off was stress free on our way to airport. Staff member transferred us to airport as we had arrived nearly at closing time (as arranged at pick up! ) and their driver had gone home.

  I rent the car from Brisbane Bargain Rent a Car late last year, and was an absolutely shocking experience. I was provided a car with 4 unroadworthy wheels.
